- To begin, make a diagnosis of the current settlements. That of the organization but also that of the evolutions of the activity and the teams
- Do a feasibility study of the initial project. Namely to validate the grouping site then the total minimum target rental area necessary
- Then build hypotheses with the project team: leases, teleworking, flex office, territories, collaborative needs, informal places, third places of overflow…
- Then, simulate and optimize in real time to determine the optimal configurations
- Produce presentation files for employees and managers
- Finally, provide a simulation explorer and thus continue the collaborative reflection
