What kind/type of deliverables do we give to the clients?

Depending on the type of clients, the deliverables they receive are different.

1. For Developers and Landlords:
   – Building analysis
   – Density analysis
   – Simulations for incoming tenants
   – Access (in consultation) to “We Property” to look at the floor analysis and simulations
2. For Architects and Design & Build Companies:
   – Density analysis (for each project done)
   – Overview of building analysis (for each project done)
   – Full access to WE Studio (Plus a training and support)
3. For Tenants:
   – Building analysis
   – Modeling of their existing layout/current design/actual layout
   – Full access to WE Site (Plus support)
